RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Art. 5 of Law Decree 185/1999 guarantees the Customer the right to withdraw from the purchase agreeement.
On Ascot Sport website, this right is guaranteed within 7 days, starting from the goods real delivery date.
To exercise this right, the Customer must access the site, to find the available forms in the HELP section, under Modulo Resi (Returns) and Modulo Cambi (Changes) and fill in the correct form, specifying which is the item to return or change, its code, size and colour, and providing also details and reasons of this choice.
To fill in the forms, is necessary to use the correct invoice/order number: Customers having a personal account can find it among their orders history, while guest Customers without an account are able to find it in the summary confirmation email received after placing the order.
Then the form must be sent to Ascot Sport Customer Service, who will notify the receipt of this request and will provide authorization to proceed, along with the necessary instructions on how to return the goods.
Shipping costs to return goods must be borne by the Customer, who is able to choose any carrier or mail service that is able to issue a shipping and receiving receipt. The shipment, until receipt confirmation from our warehouse, is under the Customer’s full responsibility, and we advise to ensure the shipment to avoid inconveniences.
In case of defective products, no shipping cost will be charged, and Ascot Sport will cover these expenses, and replace the product with the same item.
The withdrawal right can be applied under the following conditions:
-the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety
-the goods must be returned in their original conditions (complete of all their parts, with original tags and labels, and not used nor damaged), and with the original packaging, including shipping documents
-never apply labels or adhesive tapes to the original packaging
-until our warehouse receipt confirmation, the goods are under the Customer’s full responsibility

Ascot Sport is not liable in any way for damages or goods theft/loss, in case the goods are returned through uninsured shipments.
The amount paid will be entirely refunded, except the shipping costs previously incurred and any possible discounts, in 14 days from the arrival of returned items to our warehouse.
In case of defective products, Ascot Sport will cover the return costs.
If the Customers receives a defective product, must proceed as follows: write to Ascot Sport Customer Service (address firstname.lastname@example.org), adding a few images of the product to the email, where the problem/defect is clearly visible.
Our Customer Service, once ascertained the defect nature, will schedule the item pick up in a few days, covering the necessary expenses, and will send the replacement or credit the Customer if necessary, within 14 days from the Customer’s pick up request.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORT
In case a Customer returns an item covering the necessary expenses, if the item has been damages during the transit time (for example in case of carrier’s fault), our warehouse, once received the item, will inform the Customer and ask to file a timely complaint against the carrier, to get reimbursement for the shipping costs incurred for returning goods.
To avoid these problems, Ascot Sport advises to insure the shipment, in order to be refunded in case this kind of problems occurs.
The right of withdrawal can be applied in case of:
-returned products lacking in some parts and accessories, labels, tags and /or original packaging
-products damages for reasons other than transport
-evidence of used/worn product
