Which products can be purchased on the website?
Ascot Sport online shop makes available a selection of Ascot Sport brand items.
How many products can be purchased?
There are no limits, anyway the quantities depend on stock availability.
How can I add an item to the cart (or remove it)?
After choosing the item, its size and colour, a click on the cart icon is enough to add it.
To remove an item, please enter the cart section, seclect the item to remove, and then update and save the correct quantity on the cart.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Customers can issue the payments by credit card or by cash on delivery (there is an extra fee for this option, please check the payments section).
Credit cards VISA, MasterCard e Maestro, American Express e Diners are accepted (for Master Card, the virtual wallet MasterPass service is available).
Are the payment transactions safe?
Sure! Ascot Sport website is covered by PagOnline Imprese service of Unicredit Bank, which guarantees safe transactions on the Bank servers, without keeping any data on the website server: only the Bank manages these operations, in the safest way, through authorized international circuits.
Do I need to keep my order number?
Customers must keep their order number, included in the confirmation email, the keep track of their order and check its status.
Is it possible to receive invoice for my order?
Customers are able to ask for invoice during the purchasing process.
When I’ll receive the items purchased?
Ascot Sport ships to Italy, using the freight forwarder TNT. Orders are processed in 48 hours from the credit card payment issuing, and are delivered in 1-3 days (depending on the italian destination).
Standard express shipping is free of charge for purchases over €59,00, while for orders under this amount, the shipping fee is €5,90.
May I request a shipment to a different address?
Sure! Please follow the instructions on the “Delivery” field, and while entering the delivery date please specify if the invoicing address and the delivery address are the same or are different.
If the delivery address is different, please insert the correct one (if it’s a workplace, for example, please add informations for the courier, as the name on the doorbell).
What happens if I’m not home while the parcel is delivered?
If no one is home when the parcel is delivered, the courier will leave a notice or contact the Customer to schedule a new delivery.
What can I do if something in the item, color or size does not fit?
Customers can withdraw from the purchase within 7 days from the goods delivery.
On the returns/changes section, Customers with an account can find the request form to ask for a return or change.
In case of guest Customers (without account), the link to the form is available on the order confirmation email.
If the product is defective, Customers must specify it in the notes, and add some images of the product for the Customer Service.
For mere changes, Customers must specify the correct code, size or colour of the item they want to receive.
To exchange the item with a different one, Customers must consider the value of the item: the value must be at least the same of (or higher than) the original item.
Who pays the shipping costs for returned/changed items?
Shipping costs for returned items must be covered by the Customer (except in case of defective products).
Please follow these instructions:
-the return/exchange form must be filled in and sent to Ascot Sport within 7 days from the goods delivery
-the return(change right applies to the purchased product in its entirety
-the goods must be in their original conditions, undamaged, with their original packaging and with all their parts (labels, travel documents, etc…)
-never use different labels or adhesive tapes on the original product packaging
-the product, until its receipt is confirmed from our warehouse, is under the full Customer’s responsibility
-Customers are able to choose the courier they prefer to send back the goods. The choosen freight forwarder must be reliable and provide a pick up and delivery receipt. To avoid troubles, our advice is to always make insured return/change shipments
-the shipping fees for returned goods must be covered by the Customer (except in case of defective products)
How do I get a refund?
After sending back the item to return, and after our warehouse confirmed its receiving, the Customer Service will proceed to refund the Customer within 14 days from our warehouse confirmation.
The amount previously charged will be credited back to the same credit card account (except shipping fees), while in case of cash on delivery payment, the amount to be credited back will be turned into a voucher, available on the Customer’s account on Ascot Sport website (this voucher can be used for other purchases on Ascot Sport website, within 3 months from the issuing date).
